Heppa uniriepu vauvalle - Horse Security Blanket for a Baby

Tein tällaisen unirievun ystäväni vauvalle, joka on nyt n. 5,5 kk vanha tyttönen. Äidin ja minun yhteinen harrastus on hevoset, joten toivomuksena oli harmaa heppa ja pinkki riepu. Pitäähän lapsi heti pienestä pitäen totuttaa heppajuttuihin. Hepan päästä tuli ehkä aavistuksen suuri rievun kokoon nähden, mutta muuten olen tyytyväinen tähän työhön. Lankana työssä on Alize Cotton Gold, joka on puuvillasekoitelanka, josta pidän ja koukkuna 2,5 mm koukku. Valitettavasti kuvat on hyvin pikaisesti otettuja pienen kiireen vuoksi.


I made this horse head security blanket for a friend's 5,5 month old baby girl. The mom and me are both into horses, so she asked me to make her baby a gray horse on a pink blanket. It is good to get used to the horsey-life soon enough. ;) I think the horse's head could have been a tiny bit smaller compared to the size of the blanket, but other than that, I am very pleased with this, The yarn used here is Alize Cotton Gold, which is a cotton blend yarn. And the hook is a 2,5 mm hook. I am afraid the pictures are not the best possible due to having to rush to work in the morning.
